Concluding a new contract for selling gas fuel

On the 16th January 2012, the company KRI SA, which belongs to the CP Energia group, signed an agreement with the company Kreisel Technika Budowlana sp. z o.o. seated in Poznań.

Subjects of the agreement are sale and distribution of natural gas with building a gas connection by the Company KRI SA for Kreisel Technika Budowlana sp. z o.o..

The estimated net value of the agreement amounts to PLN 19.6 million and will be valid for 9 years since issuance of the first invoice.
