The combination of the Companies

On the 2nd of January 2011 the company KRI SA merged with the companies Carbon Sp. z o.o. and Gaslinia Sp. z o.o.

KRI SA as the acquiring company entered into rights and obligations of the companies which were acquired. KRI SA will continue the activities carried out so far by the two acquired companies.
