Concluding a new contracts for selling

KRI has signed two natural gas sales agreements with customers from Maków Mazowiecki. The value of both contracts, one of which has been concluded for 5 years and the other for 10 years, is around 19 million Polish zlotys. The supply service will be launched in July of 2012.
Maków Mazowiecki is a very promising location for the expansion of our sales. There are talks underway with prospective industrial-scale gas consumers with a total demand of circa 1.5 million cubic metres per annum. The market potential with respect to the development of the gas supply infrastructure in this city is estimated at a total of about 4.8 million cubic metres per year.

One of the agreements (valued at 11.6 million zlotys) has been signed with a local hospital for the duration of 10 years. The other consumer is a food manufacturing plant (with the agreement value of 7 million zlotys and 5 years of duration).
