The combination of the Companies

On the 3 of September 2011 years the company KRI SA was merged with the companies K&K sp. z o.o., Linia K&K sp. z o.o., Energia Mazury sp. z o.o. and Projekt Energia sp. z o.o.
KRI SA as the acquiring company joined calls on all the rights and obligations of the companies being acquired.

KRI SA will continue the activities carried out so far by the four companies being acquired.
